Last week I gave notice at my job. Big step. Next step is launching this website, to track our adventure, eating our way around the world. I can’t believe we are finally moving forward, it’s been in my heart for a very long time.
We hope to be in Bangkok just after Thanksgiving, learning about local food culture and tradition, and hopefully, eating like the locals do in much of SE Asia. I can’t wait to be on the road.
